The Town of Oakville's Recreation and Culture department has a strong relationship with GIS staff. Traditionally, static maps have been created upon request and shared with staff, often leading to follow-up inquires and requests. Recently, dynamic mapping has been introduced to allow for real time self-directed mapping by department staff to assist with program planning and analysis.
